Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions of sale of Stoney Racing who shall be referred to as "we", "us", "our" or "The Seller". "The Buyer" or "you" is any person, entity, company or organisation to whom "The Seller" agrees to sell "Goods" or "Products" and said agreement will be referred to as "the Order".

Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch all Orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment. If the Order is to be sent by courier we endeavor to arrange the collection within 24 hours but please note that collection dates are dictated by the courier services and we will arrange the collection for the soonest possible date, which may be up to two working days after Ordering. No Goods will be dispatched until paid for in full.

In the unlikely event that any item on the Order is out of stock we will contact The Buyer by email and provide a full refund. In some cases there may be an option of waiting for the item if we are expecting more in stock in the near future.

* Working days are every Monday-Friday excluding UK public holidays and public holidays in the destination country.

Delivery Charges

Please add items to your cart and enter your post/zip code to calculate shipping charges. On some occasions Orders with multiple items may be sent in multiple consignments where weight restrictions prevent us from sending them as one consignment.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is completed in full, including the building number or name, and your name and a business name if it's a business address. The postcode/zip code should be in capital letters and a telephone number should be provided for the courier. Failure to do any of these may result in the dispatch or delivery of your item being delayed. Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to Post Office box (P.O. Box) or mail forwarding addresses. We can only deliver to the address specified by you at checkout, if you choose an incorrect delivery address we will have to cancel the Order for you to re-Order with the correct address.

Collecting Goods

Our workshop is on a site that is strictly no retail customers so we are not able to offer collection on our items.

UK Delivery

We do not dispatch Orders on weekends or UK bank holidays. Weather conditions and postal strikes may also prevent us from dispatching your Order within the normal 1 working day. Please note that once an Order has been dispatched by us delivery times are outside of our control. Delivery estimates are stated for each service at checkout, and the delivery estimate is from the date of dispatch and not from the day of Ordering. E.g. a 1-2 day delivery service will be dispatched within 1 working day and arrive within 2 working days, so the Order will arrive in 1-3 working days.

International Delivery

Any taxes, VAT or duty charged when the item enters your country are the responsibility of The Buyer. With the UK recently exiting EU membership Orders to EU countires are no longer subject to UK VAT, but may be subject to VAT and/or other duties on entry to your country, so please check this with your countries customs department if you are unsure. Under no circumstances will we accept responsibility for any taxes, duty or VAT payable on international deliveries. Failure to pay such duties when asked may result in the item being returned to us, in which case we will have to charge for re-delivery if you still want the item.

If shipping costs to your country are not displayed please contact us for a quote, we can generally deliver to most destinations. Please note however that we cannot deliver to mail forwarding, Post Office Box or Army Post Office addresses for any international Orders.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your Order at any point prior to it being dispatched for a full refund of any money paid. Once your Order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may return any unwanted items to us within the return window as specified in our Returns policy.

Order Amendments

If your Order has not yet been processed you may change it at any point prior to dispatch by contacting us.

Once your Order has been dispatched it cannot be amended and a separate Order must be placed for additional items, and any unwanted items returns to us as specified in our Returns policy.

Price Increases & Special Offers

From time to time we may amend our prices without prior notice. This will not affect Order's already placed. Any prices quoted by email are valid for 7 days from the date of the email regardless of any price increases during that period.

The Seller reserves the right to alter or end any special offers or promotions at any time without prior notice. Special offer prices can only be honoured during the duration of the advertised promotion and are subject to stock availability.

Title of Goods

Goods remain the property of The Seller until cleared payment has been received in full.

Returns

Any stock item purchased direct from us may be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason, as long as it is unused, in original condition and any sealed retail packaging is unopened. You must notify us within 30 days of delivery that you wish to return the item and the item must then arrive with us within 14 days of you notifying us. Return postage costs are the responsibility of The Buyer unless the item is faulty, you've received the wrong item or the item is significantly not as described.

Please note that any delivery costs paid for upgraded or International delivery are not refundable, unless the item is damaged, faulty or you've been sent the wrong item.

Damaged Goods

If your delivery requires a signature and the outer packaging is damaged when the courier hands it to you please write "DAMAGED" next to your signature where possible. Any item damaged in transit will be replaced where possible, if replacement is not possible within a reasonable amount of time a full refund including P&P charges will be offered. The problem must be reported within 5 days of delivery and the damaged items may need to be returned before a replacement or refund can be processed. Photographic evidence may be accepted at our discretion.

Faulty Goods or Incorrect Item Received

If we send the wrong item or your item arrives faulty or defective in any way please contact us within 5 days of delivery to notify us of the problem. We will advise as to whether the item needs to be returned to us but in some cases photographic evidence may be sufficient. We recommend returned Goods are sent by a recorded or tracked delivery service as a refund or replacement Goods can not be given for any returns not received by us. If you are returning (with prior arrangement) a faulty, damaged or otherwise incorrect item we will re-imburse you for those costs up to a maximum limit. For items up to 1kg the maximum return postage we will cover is £4.45 (the cost of Royal Mail Signed For First Class) and for items over 1kg the maximum return postage we will cover is £7.49 (the cost of Yodel 24 courier with Yodel Direct). You are free to use any service to return the Goods but we will only refund you the actual cost shown on your postage receipt/invoice or the maximum stated above, whichever is lower.

Warranty Returns

All new Products purchased direct from The Seller or from one of our authorised dealers are covered by our manufacturers warranty. The warranty period varies by Product type and is specified on the Product listing. If you are unsure on the length of warranty provided please contact us. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and Product failures through normal use of the item. Faults caused by abuse or misuse of the Product, incorrect fitting or accidental damage are not covered under warranty. Normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage/imperfections from use of the Product are not covered under warranty. Liability under the warranty is expressly limited to the lesser of the price paid for the Product or the cost of repair or replacement during the warranty period. Return postage costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of The Buyer once the 30 day return window has passed. We highly recommend professional installation for all our Products. Failure to do so may invalidate your warranty if the problem is caused by incorrect fitting. Please note that fitting our Products to your vehicle may invalidate any warranty remaining on the car and we accept no liability for loss under such circumstances.

Return Address

Please contact us to arrange a return and we will provide a return address. Items returned without prior notice will not be processed until you contact us, which may mean your item falls outside the return or warranty period. You must obtain proof of postage and we highly recommend returning items to us via a tracked & insured service, as no refund can be given for items which don't arrive back with us in original condition.

Item Descriptions, Specifications and Pricing Errors

Details and specifications of our Products are intended to be as accurate as possible and every care is made to ensure this is the case. However, mistakes do occasionally occur and in such instances we will be happy to accept the return of an item for this reason within the timeframes and terms set out in our Returns policy. Our liability in such cases is expressly limited to the price paid for the Product and no claims for damage to your vehicle or Products from other manufacturers will be considered.

Whilst we endeavor to ensure prices on our website are accurate mistakes do happen and any advertised or listed price is not a guarantee of sale at said price. When you checkout your Order is not considered as accepted until it is confirmed as processed and dispatched, and we reserve the right to cancel Orders at any point prior to dispatch for any reason, including pricing errors. Email confirmation that your Order has been received does not constitue acceptance of your Order.

Discounts & Trade, Dealer and Wholesale Pricing

All forms of discount are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, withdraw or change any trade, dealer or wholesale pricing to any individual or entity without notice.
