Business Update: New UK Covid-19 Lockdown

Unfortunately with a third six-week UK lockdown starting from 5th January 2021 to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic, we are once again operating at a much reduced capacity. We will have only one member of staff at our premises to process orders each day, with the rest of us working from home for the foreseeable future. This may mean that we require an extra day to process orders during our busier periods, but we will endeavour to keep disruption to a minimum.

Responses to emails and handling returns may also be slightly slower than usual while these measures are in place.

At present carriers are continuing to operate, but deliveries are significantly disrupted with some parcels taking much longer than usual to arrive, particularly international orders.

Our supply chain is also impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic and we anticipate some issues as new customs systems are introduced following Brexit, so we expect limited availability of many products for the forseeable future.
