For example, if you need 5x 40-43mm, 3x 36-39mm and 2x 29-31mm you could order a 10 pack of 40-43mm and swap 5 clips for the smaller sizes. These high quality heavy duty T-Bolt hose clips are made from T304 Stainless Steel, featuring W4 construction meaning the bolt, tongue and nut are also stainless steel as well as the band.
Provide much stronger clamping force than other types of clamp, making them particularly suited to high pressure applications such as turbo/intercooler hoses. The band width is 18mm for sizes up to 26mm-28mm, 20mm for sizes up to 40mm-43mm, 22mm for sizes up to 64mm-67mm and 24mm for all sizes above this.
The band is unperforated meaning they are suitable for use with softer silicone hoses as well as all other types of rubber hose.

Fitting & Sizing:
Each clamp has a specific range that it can be tightened between. To determine the size you need measure the outer diameter of the hose, ideally with the hose fitted to the vehicle as metal/plastic hose connections can expand the outer diameter of the hose slightly. The clamp size that this measurement falls into is the correct size for that hose.
Note: The clamping range for this type of clamp is quite small, so take care to measure accurately before ordering, and please contact us for advice if unsure. If you are measuring the hoses off the vehicle you may need to add 1mm-2mm to the hose outer diameter to account for the expansion of the hose, so for example a 40mm O.D. hose may become 41mm-42mm when fitted to the vehicle.
